Design and construction supervision for an ambassador’s residence with a floor area of 1,500 sq.m.

The project was awarded following a restricted tender conducted by the Government of Kuwait.

The residence includes reception areas and halls, kitchens with special professional equipment, an open swimming pool, gym, parking lots etc.

The various spaces were laid out in a way ensuring to meet the living requirements of a family, along with those of a State representative related to an ambassador’s social standards.

The surrounding area of the residence is landscaped with vegetation species from the flora of Greece.
